We are committed to excellence in our products and services, and therefore encourage your questions, complaints, feedback and praise! This will help us to continue improving our products and services for you.

All Aves Labs products are intended for in-vitro research use only. Aves Labs guarantees all products to be of merchantable quality at the time of sale, when handled as directed. Due to the nature of our service work, we cannot guarantee successful results for all of the custom products and services requested by the client. Although we will make every reasonable effort to obtain results to your satisfaction, many variables are beyond our control. Client’s exclusive remedy for non-conforming product shall be limited to replacement or an amount equal to the purchase price of the product or service.

Returns

Aves Labs strives to provide high-quality and reliable products. If for some reason a product does not perform to its assigned specifications, we encourage you to contact us.

Due to the sensitivity of our products, we are not able to accept all returns. Our commitment to product quality and performance prevents us from reselling returned goods. Our policy does not allow us to accept return of product(s) due to purchasing error. All requests for exchanges and refunds at the sole discretion of Aves Labs.

Please contact us at (503) 598-8766 to request a return authorization before attempting to return product(s).

Pack your return with the original packing slip and include a note letting us know why you’re returning the product. Please include the original order number, purchaser name, address, and telephone number. You must include a return address. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address on the outside of the package will be destroyed, and Aves Labs will not replace the contents of the package.

Refunds

We strive to process all returns within 24 hours of receipt. Refunds will be processed to the form of payment used on the original order. For credit card refunds, allow two to three billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. If you return a product purchased with multiple methods of payment, the balance will first be applied to the credit card up to the original amount charged and then to the purchase order. Refunds will include product and tax amount only. We’ll also refund the original shipping cost and pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
